Dubai Festival City is located along Dubai Creek between Business Bay and Dubai International Airport. The community connects directly to Sheikh Rashid Road and sits close to Al Khail Road, giving residents fast access to older and newer parts of Dubai. Travel time to Downtown Dubai is around 12–15 minutes, Dubai International Airport around 10 minutes, and Dubai Marina approximately 25–30 minutes depending on traffic.
Getting around
The community is primarily car-oriented, although taxis and ride-hailing services are widely available. Several RTA bus routes connect the area to nearby metro stations including Emirates and Creek stations.
