Shahrukhz Residences is an off-plan residential project by Danube Properties located in Dubai Maritime City. The development offers studios, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments and ultra-luxury penthouses in a waterfront setting. The scheme is promoted as fully furnished waterfront residences with amenities including a curated beachside experience (Infinity 33), a private rooftop King's Club Deck, a gym with advanced wellness therapies (cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy, compression boots), a beach-inspired lagoon, extensive kids facilities and additional communal features such as a drone docking station. The marketing materials state a 30/70 payment plan and note that eligible units may be available on Danube’s 1% monthly payment plan. The developer lists expected handover in Q4 2029.
