Al Raha Beach is a master-planned waterfront community in Abu Dhabi developed around canals, marinas and landscaped residential districts stretching along the coastline near Yas Island and Abu Dhabi International Airport. Where it sits in Dubai
Al Raha Beach sits between Yas Island and Khalifa City, directly along Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Street (E10 highway). Abu Dhabi International Airport is around 10 minutes away, Yas Island 5–10 minutes, and central Abu Dhabi approximately 25–30 minutes depending on traffic. Dubai can usually be reached within an hour via Sheikh Zayed Road.
Getting around
Al Raha Beach is primarily a car-dependent community with easy highway connectivity to both Abu Dhabi city and Dubai. Public bus routes connect nearby districts and Yas Island, but most residents rely on private vehicles or taxis for daily commuting. Wide roads and planned infrastructure make internal driving relatively smooth compared to denser city districts.

The community is centred around waterfront retail and leisure destinations including Al Raha Mall and several marina-side cafés and restaurants. Yas Mall and Yas Bay are located nearby for larger entertainment and shopping options. Schools such as Raha International School, GEMS American Academy and Canadian International School are all within a short drive.
